If you buy an item from us, we think you will enjoy it! If you don’t, we’ll work with you until you do, or you can return it for a full refund. This is our return policy.
We do ask, however, that for full refunds, your item be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You must return your Items within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to us, unless the item is defective.
To start a return, you can contact us at josh@trulyagainstthegrain.com. If a return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send the package. If an item is sent back to us, without first initiating a return, it will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether we approve the refund. If we approve it, we will refund you automatically on your original payment method (minus the shipping amount). Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The only nonreturnable items are custom products such as special orders or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, return the item, and once the seller accepts the return, purchase the new item separately.
